Overview
Surveillance specialist Tom Welles is led down an exceedingly dark and terrifying road by a thin, almost harmless plastic reel of video. He systematically investigates a bizarre trail of facts to ascertain the fate of a total outsider, with the aid of the streetwise Max. He drifts more and further away from his wife, daughters, and simple existence as a small-town PI as his career becomes obsession.
