Overview
Julie has been unhappy for quite some time, while staying in Salon-de-Provence, a quaint town in the south of France. Philippe Abrams, her partner and a post office administrator, does all he can to get her a relocation to a seaside town on the French Riviera. The problem is that he is apprehended when attempting to deceive an officer. Philippe is suddenly exiled to Bergues, a remote and unknown town in the far north of France…
