Overview
The New Founding Fathers of America evaluate a sociological hypothesis that vents violence for one night in one segregated neighborhood to keep the crime rate below 1% for the remainder of the year. As oppressors’ brutality collides with the anger of others, the contagion can propagate outside the trial city’s walls and throughout the nation.
