Overview

The year is 1910 in Paris. Emile, a timid movie projectionist, and Raoul, a colorful inventor, are on the lookout for a creature terrorizing the city. They team up with Lucille, the big-hearted star of the Bird of Paradise cabaret, an insane inventor, and his irascible monkey to rescue the mutant from the city’s ruthlessly greedy police chief, who turns out to be an oversized yet harmless flea.
