Young Titta gets into trouble with his buddies in an Italian seaside town and witnesses numerous local eccentrics engaging in sometimes ludicrous actions. Titta experiences the acts of a diverse variety of people, from his immediate family to Fascist loyalists to sensual women, often clashing with his strict father and guarded by his doting mother, with some times shifting into fantastical situations.
