Overview
As petty thief Luke Jackson is sentenced to two years in a Florida prison farm, he defies the sadistic warden and the yard’s native strong, Dragline, who ends up admiring the new guy’s unbreakable willpower. Luke’s bravery, including numerous stints in the prison’s dreaded solitary isolation cell, “”the cage,”” makes him a rebel icon for his fellow inmates and a thorn in the side of the prison officers.
