Overview of the Situation
Bill Pope, a CIA agent, is on a quest to find a mysterious hacker known only as ‘The Dutchman.’ An invasive technique moves his memory into a dangerous ex-convict after he is mysteriously murdered. When he reawakens Pope’s memory, his goal is to stop The Dutchman from launching ICBMs and starting World War III.
