Jean Claude Van Damme portrays Alex and Chad, twins who were split when their parents died. Alex becomes a petty crook in Hong Kong, while Chad is raised by a family retainer in Paris. As Chad sees a photo of Alex, he approaches him and convinces him that his Hong Kong competitor is indeed the one who murdered their parents. Alex has doubts about Chad, especially when it comes to his girlfriend.
