Jimmy Bly, a promising young racing car driver, has begun to lose focus and is falling behind in the standings. It’s no surprise, given the tremendous strain placed on him by his overbearing promoter brother, as well as Bly’s relationship with his arch rival’s girlfriend Sophia. With too much riding on Bly, car owner Carl Henry enlists the assistance of longtime racing champion Joe Tanto. Tanto must first contend with the personal injuries left over by a horrific racing crash that nearly killed him in order to return Bly to the top of the rankings.
