Taking criminality to new levels

A gang of skydiving criminals headed by crooked DEA agent Ty Moncrief specializes in sneaking into police stations and stealing undercover officers’ files to supply to drug lords. Pete Nessip, a Federal Marshal who lost a sibling to this gang, learns to skydive with the aid of formidable coach Jessie Crossmann in order to hunt them down.
