Oscar, a teenage American opium dealer and alcoholic living in Tokyo with his prostitute girlfriend, Linda, takes us on a psychedelic journey through life after death. Oscar’s ghost travels through the past, when he meets his parents before their deaths, to the present, when he attends his own execution, and then to the future, when he watches out for his sister from beyond the grave, until he is murdered by police during a botched search.
