A Tale Of Urban Life.
William “”D-Fens”” Foster is attempting to reach his estranged ex-home wife’s on the day of his daughter’s birthday in order to meet his daughter. His vehicle breaks down, so he abandons it in a Los Angeles traffic jam and tries to walk. As he heads to a grocery store to get the cash for a phone call, the Korean owner refuses, pushing Foster off the brink. Foster, who is mentally ill, becomes enraged at the many weaknesses he finds in society and starts to strike out psychotically and aggressively towards them.
