Haddonfield is once again filled with terror.
The seemingly comatose Michael Myers is being taken from bed to hospital, but wakes up when the emergency team talks about his surviving niece, Jamie. After his assistants have been slaughtered Myers goes to locate a living relative, fortunately looked after by Rachel, a kind and resourceful foster child. Meanwhile, Dr. Loomis stays vigilant about the course of the murderer.
