What began in hell would come to an end on Earth.

Pinhead is imprisoned in a sculpture, which is fortunately purchased by a young playboy who runs his own nightclub. Pinhead keeps himself occupied by enlisting the help of the playboy to entice criminals to his location so he can use their blood. Once alive, he sets out to break the puzzle cube so that he may never have to return to Hell, but he is thwarted by a female reporter who is investigating the gruesome murders.
