Raymold Avila, a bright young man, enters the Los Angeles Police Department’s Internal Affairs Department. He and his wife Amy Wallace are soon looking into the actions of cop Dennis Peck, whose financial holdings seem to be shady. Indeed, Peck is embroiled in a variety of shady or illegal acts. He’s still devious, womanizing, and a cunning manipulator, and he’s starting to focus on Avila.
