Ocean Master and Black Manta have waged war on the surface after the events of Justice League: War, in revenge for Apokoliptian-tyrant Darkseid’s planetary attack. To regain order, Queen Atlanna seeks out her other sibling, Ocean Master’s half-brother Arthur Curry, a half-human with aquatic abilities who is unaware of his Atlantean ancestry. Curry takes efforts to accept his fate, entering the Justice League, and battling alongside his fellow friends to rescue Earth from complete devastation, despite having abilities he doesn’t grasp.
