Overview
Luka is a mild-mannered railway clerk whose world is turned upside down not only by the start of the Bosnian war in the early 1990s, but also when his wife runs off with a nearby guitarist. Luka’s son is then conscripted and captured during the war. Luka is ordered to guard a pretty young Muslim nurse who would be used in a hostage swapping procedure in order to rescue his son.
