Overview

Lilja survives and hopes of a better existence in need. Her mother goes to the USA and leaves her to her aunt, who neglects her. Lilja is hanging out with her suicidal mates Natasha and Volodya. She begins working as a prostitute, desperate for income, and then meets Andrei. He gives her successful work in Sweden, but Lilja soon begins a downward spiral as her life comes.
