Mike Waters is a homosexual hustler with narcolepsy in this loose adaptation of Shakespeare’s “”Henry IV.”” Scott Favor is the mayor’s rebellious sibling. In search of Mike’s estranged mother, the two fly from Portland, Oregon, to Idaho, and eventually to the coast of Italy. They pull pranks for money and cocaine along the way, finally catching the interest of a rich benefactor and sexual deviant.
