Overview

The famed pirate Shiki, the Golden Lion, reappears 20 years after his escape from Impel Down, triggering huge upheaval in the Marines. He was able to devise a plan to put the World Government to its knees during his lengthy exile. Shiki runs into the Straw Hat Pirates on his way to carry out the plan, and he is so fascinated with Nami’s meteorology skills that he kidnaps her and forces her to join his team. As they frantically hunt for Shiki and Nami, Luffy and the gang wind up in a mysterious land inhabited by monstrous beasts.
