Omni Consumer Products, a multibillion-dollar conglomerate, is now hell-bent on bringing their pet dream, Delta Island, to life to replace the rotting city of Detroit. Unfortunately, the residents of the town have no intention of leaving their homes only to satisfy the company’s needs. To this end, OCP has agreed to use a brutal mercenary army to threaten and intimidate them in order to convince them to resign. Robocop must determine where his loyalties lay in the face of an underground opposition.
