Overview

Carter is on holiday and finds himself in Hong Kong with Lee, hoping for more excitement. Although Carter wishes to drink and mingle with the women, Lee is on the hunt for a Triad drug lord suspected of murdering two men at the American Embassy. Things get messy as the two come across a counterfeiting scheme. Fist battles and life-threatening circumstances quickly get the boys up to their heads. A travel back to the United States might reveal the truth about the bombing, counterfeiting, and Isabella’s real allegiance.
