Cletus, aka The Bandit, is persuaded by the Enos couple to come out of hiding to help them advertise their new restaurant. He agrees after some persuasion, creating an almost-creaky Trigger as his mode of transportation. Sheriff Buford T. Justice, Cletus’ nemesis, is on the chase, causing Cletus and Trigger to flee. Will they be able to avoid the vengeful sheriff?
