Tonight is the epitome of what it takes to be a teenager.

Raven Shaddock and his merry band of biker pals abduct rock star Ellen Aim. Soldier-for-hire Tom Cody, Ellen’s ex boyfriend, happens to be in town for a tour. Ellen’s boss recruits Tom to save her in an effort to preserve his star act. They battle through hazardous cityscapes with a retired soldier, eager to reclaim Ellen.
