The next wave of superheroes has arrived.

Following on from the previous film’s storyline, babies can speak with one another using ‘baby talk,’ and have an intuitive understanding of the universe’s secrets. The kid geniuses are drawn into a plan devised by advertising entrepreneur Bill Biscane (Jon Voight). A renowned superbaby called Kahuna is assisting the geniuses. He combines up with some other babies in an effort to combat Biscane, who plans to monitor the world’s populace via a cutting-edge satellite device.
