Motti Wolkenbruch, a young Orthodox Jew, is at a crossroads in his life. His adoring mother encourages him to marry and surprises him with one suitor after another. Unfortunately, none of the women appeal to him because they all seem to be identical to her. Motti’s case becomes much more difficult as he secretly falls in love with Laura, a non-Jewish girl known as a Shiksa.
