Dr. Larch teaches Homer all he knows about medicine, and he grows into a capable, but unlicensed, physician. Homer, on the other hand, yearns for a life apart from the orphanage. In the cider building, what would Homer learn about life and love? What fate would Dr. Larch have in store for him?
