Bianca’s world is turned upside down as she discovers that she is referred to as a ‘DUFF’ at her high school (Designated Ugly Fat Friend). She enlists the assistance of a charismatic jock and her favorite instructor in an attempt to remove the name. They’ll meet the mean girl at school together to show everybody that we’re just someone’s DUFF… and that’s just good.
