Overview
It’s cause for celebration as Scott and Kate Johansen’s daughter gets into the college of her dreams. That is, before Scott and Kate discover that the grant they were banking on didn’t materialize, and they are now responsible for tuition they can’t hope to pay. They plan to open an underground casino in his suburban home with the assistance of their buddy and neighbor Frank, who is also in search of a big payday, betting all on a Vegas-style bacchanal where money flies, inhibitions are screened at the entrance, and all bets are off.
