Maria, Henry, and their three sons begin their winter vacation in Thailand in December of 2004. The idyllic holiday, though, is turned into an unfathomable nightmare the day after Christmas, when a horrifying roar emerges from the depths of the sea, accompanied by a wall of black water that devours everything in its way.
