Joe Toy, who is approaching puberty, is becoming constantly overwhelmed by his single father Frank’s efforts to handle his life. He flees to a clearing in the woods with his best mate, Patrick, and a mysterious guy called Biaggio, declaring his independence once and for all. He declares that they would build a home there, free of duty and parental guidance. Until their improvised abode is complete, the three young men find themselves alone in the jungle, masters of their own fate.
