Ben Garvey felt his life was done when he foolishly returned to crime and was sentenced to death by lethal injection. Ben regains consciousness near an unsettling mental ward, where he’s informed he’s been employed as the groundskeeper, but his death sentence isn’t exactly what it is. Ben must decide if he’s actually escaped death, or whether he’s been a part of something much more dangerous, with the state of his soul in doubt and the passion for his wife and daughter all the more real and intense.
