Chinatown crime lord Terence Wei hires hired gunman John Lee to assassinate police officer Stan Zedkov’s young son. Lee has his eyes set on the baby, but his morality prevails, and he spares the child’s life. Fearing that Wei will exact vengeance on his family in China, Lee seeks out expert forger Meg Coburn to procure the passport he wants to leave the country, but he is soon pursued by a gang of replacement killers.
