Packard Walsh and his motorcycle gang rule and terrorize a desert town in Arizona, forcing people to drag race in order to ‘win’ their cars. After Walsh kills Jamie Hankins, a respectable youth who was found with his girlfriend, a strange force produces Jake Kesey, an incredibly awesome motorcyclist with an unstoppable motorcycle.
