Anthony Stoner, an unemployed pot-smoking slacker and aspiring musician, flees his strict parents and hits the road, where he meets like-minded Pedro de Pacas. Though the drug-abusing couple is quickly imprisoned for pot use, Anthony and Pedro are acquitted on a technicality, enabling them to resume their many misadventures and eventually participate in a rock band competition, where they perform the raunchy song “”Earache My Eye.””
