From early morning to midnight, more than a hundred Angelenos navigate Valentine’s Day. Three partners awaken at the same time, but each partnership would fizzle out. For his first true love, a grade-school kid desires roses. At noon, two high school seniors expect to have their first sex. A TV sports reporter is given the task of finding love in Los Angeles. A star quarterback mulls about his options. On a plane, two strangers touch. Grandparents who have been married for years are facing a dilemma. The sad and betrayed are invited to a ‘I Hate Valentine’s Day’ dinner.
