Captain New Eyes journeys through time and feeds his Brain Grain cereal to dinosaurs, making them wise and nonviolent. They agree to travel to the Middle Future in order to fulfill the desires of New York City children. They were supposed to visit Dr. Bleeb of the Museum of Natural History, but they were distracted by their new children’s friends and ended up running into the Captain’s bad pal, Professor Screweyes.
