Overview
Danny and his friends are drawn to Hobb Springs, a forgotten retreat deep in the West Virginia woods, by a curious inheritance. Hobb Springs is being looked after by Jackson and Sally, a socially shy pair who expose Danny to the long-lost relatives he has never seen. Hillicker is the name of a clan. But Danny quickly discovers that his ancestors have a different way of life, that the Hillickers have followed ancient customs embedded in cannibalism and other forbidden practices for millennia.
