Maltazard, the Evil M, has grown to be 7 foot tall and is terrorizing humans everywhere he travels. His mission is simple: assemble a massive army of henchmen and rule the world. Meanwhile, Arthur is only a Minimoy, and therefore unwilling to defend himself against him. He devises a scheme to recover his normal size with the aid of Selenia and Betameche: all they have to do is enter Arthur’s house via the pipeworks, take an electric train from his bedroom to his grandfather’s study, and discover an elixir that will restore his human size. If it weren’t for Darkos, Maltazard’s own uncle, who was hot on their heels, it would seem to be an easy task.
