Officer Daniel Carter is on a regular patrol when he comes across a blood-soaked figure limping along a desolate stretch of track. He races the young man to a local remote hospital with a skeletal team, only to find that the patients and nurses are mutating into something unnatural. As the terror grows, Carter guides the other hostages on a perilous journey through the hospital’s subterranean depths in a last-ditch effort to put an end to the nightmare until it’s too late.
